This spacious 1600 sq. ft. three-bedroom townhouse is fully equipped, finished features include granite countertops, and tiled & hardwood flooring. The kitchen has four appliances as well as a toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker, a regular coffee maker, plates, pots, and all utensils. It also features a wine cooler under the counter. There is a bar counter seating for 3 as well as a dining room leather chair seating for 7. The living room has a reclining leather sofa, a pullout sofa, a side leather chair, a 60” TV with DVR, & electric fireplace. There is a powder room on the main floor and lots of closet space.

The upper level has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a 55” TV with a
balcony with seating overlooking the lake & an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, shower,
double sink, and toilet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a 32 “ TV & looks out
towards the pool area. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom & single on top. Please note this bedroom has a skylight for extra light but does not open and does not have a built-in closet ( all townhouses are the same in this regard). The main bathroom upstairs has a shower, sink, & toilet. This townhouse is ideal for a larger family or 2 couples with their children. There is a full-size washer & dryer located on this level for your use. Hardwood flooring is found throughout all levels.

All townhouses face south & have a stunning view of Osoyoos Lake & the surrounding hills,
vineyards, & orchards. The patio has a table with seating for 9 , an umbrella, & a BBQ. The
patio leads out onto the communal grass area, great for children to play on. The balcony of the
master bedroom has two small tables with seating; ideal for drinking your morning cup of
coffee while overlooking the lake.

Geothermal heating & cooling system keeps you comfortably warm in the winter & cool in the
summer.

The townhouses have a single-car garage as well as one designated outside parking spot.

All units have free high-speed internet.

The swimming pool & hot tub are a short walk across the parking lot.

The resort’s private beach is just across the road. There is a large grass area with shade trees,
small sandy bays for the children to play in & a roped-off swim area. Dock moorage for your
boat is also available for a fee. Buoy mooring is not permitted in front of the foreshore.
