Condo 204

The fully equipped 800 sq ft unit is located on the top floor of the two-story complex. It has 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen equipped with kitchen appliances, a Keurig coffee machine, and dinnerware/cutlery. There is a washer and a dryer in the unit and it has a central A/C and heating system. This condo comes with all the comforts of a home to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, with a full ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom comes with a bunk bed, a single on the top and a double on the bottom. In the spacious living area, you will find a comfy leather couch and an armchair. The balcony gives a partial view of the pool and hot tub.

2022 updates include new laminate flooring in both bedrooms and a fresh coat of paint throughout the entire place.

The unit is located across the street from the private beachfront with a boat dock for the guests. Boat moorage is available upon request.

This spacious 800 sq.ft. two bedroom condo is fully equipped, finished features include granite countertops, tiled & hardwood flooring. The kitchen has 3 appliances (including a new dishwasher) as well as toaster, blender, coffee maker, plates, pots, serving bowls, platters, wine rack, wine glasses & all utensils.  There is breakfast counter seating for 4 as well as dining room seating for 4.  The balcony in the warmer months is a beautiful spot to relax and catch the morning light with coffee or a glass of wine & dinner in the evening.  The living room has generous & comfortable seating with a large leather couch, cushions, television and 2 large leather chairs.  The bathroom is beautifully decorated with hooks to dry your bathing suits and towels, bathtub & shower and a washer & dryer to take care of your laundry needs.

There is updated and oversized artwork throughout this unit.

The main bedroom has a standing dresser, hooks, queen size bed and a spacious closet with extra beach/pool towels provided.  The second bedroom has bunk beds with a double on the bottom and single on top, skylight, hooks and two small dressers for clothing. Perfect for kids or extra guests. There is a closet outside the second bedroom for additional hanging items and shoes. This unit is ideal for a family of 4-5, group trips and snowbirds.

The private patio faces east & has a stunning view of Anarchist Mountain, vineyards and the pool.

The patio has a table, seating for 4-5 people, hooks for towels & a new private gas BBQ.
