It has 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen equipped with kitchen appliances, a Keurig coffee machine, and dinnerware/cutlery. There is a washer and a dryer in the unit and it has a central A/C and heating system. This condo comes with all the comforts of a home to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, with a full ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom comes with a bunk bed, a single on the top and a double on the bottom. In the spacious living area, you will find a comfy leather couch and an armchair. The balcony gives a partial view of the pool and hot tub.

2022 updates include new laminate flooring in both bedrooms and a fresh coat of paint throughout the entire place.

The unit is located across the street from the private beachfront with a boat dock for the guests. Boat moorage is available upon request.
