The upper level has 3 bedrooms.  The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a balcony overlooking the lake & an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, shower, sink & toilet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed & looks out towards the pool area, the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom & single on the top.  Please note this bedroom has a skylight for extra light but does not open & does not have a built in closet (all townhouses are the same in this regard). The main bathroom upstairs has a shower, double sink & toilet. This townhouse is ideal for a larger family or 2 couples with their children. There is a full sized washer & dryer located on this level for your use. New carpeting & hardwood flooring upstairs has just been completed in this townhouse.

All  townhouses face south & have a stunning view of Osoyoos Lake & the surrounding hills, vineyards & orchards. The patio has a table, seating for 6 people, an umbrella & BBQ. The patio leads out onto the communal grass area, great for children to play on. The balcony off of the master bedroom has a small table & seating for two people; ideal for drinking your morning coffee & looking out over the lake.
